  • Custom arrangements: May be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled completion date for a 50% refund.
  • Wedding and event services: Subject to specific contracts with separate cancellation policies.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Product Substitutions

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and seasonal availability, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the requested flowers are unavailable. We will make every effort to maintain the style, color, and feel of the original design.
